What’s the difference between Raw Filipino, Raw Vietnamese, and Luxury Hair?
Each texture serves a different need.
Filipino Hair has a refined, natural finish and is bleach-friendly – great for flexible styling at a more accessible price point.

How can I place an order if I live in the Dutch Antilles?
If you live on the islands of Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, or St. Eustatius, please click here to place an order.
Do not place your order through the website. If you do so, we will have to cancel your order.
What is the delivery time?
If you place an order with us on a working day, we will hand it over to PostNL within 24 hours (provided it is in stock).
Our experience shows that you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days.
For Belgium, it takes 1 to 4 working days. When you order a set, you will always receive an email with the track and trace code to follow your order.
Do you ship worldwide?

How can I return an order?
We are sorry if your order is not to your satisfaction. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bunitta.com. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If a product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct any loss in value from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping. If, due to a full or partial return, the final order value falls below €300, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at info@bunitta.com and we will be happy to assist you.
As our hair is a natural product, variations can occur and, in rare cases, a product may not meet our quality standards. We therefore offer a one-month warranty from the date of delivery.
To assess your claim, we may ask for photos or videos of the issue. If your claim falls within the warranty period and further inspection is required, we will provide a return shipping label. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will determine an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
What does 'Pre-order' mean?
When you want to order something but see ‘pre-order’, it means that we currently do not have the product in stock.
In most cases, it takes a maximum of 4 weeks for us to receive the product from our supplier.
If the situation changes, we will keep you informed if you wish.
