Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@bunitta.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping. If, due to a full or partial return, the final order value falls below €300, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
